Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Shipping is with Federal Express according to the service that you specified.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not happy with your purchase OF BOOKS AND WORKBOOKS, we will be happy to refund or exchange your order within the timeframe and conditions outlined below.
We will accept returns for a full refund for books and workbooks that have not been used (minus shipping cost) within thirty days of purchase. Please pack the items securely and ship the product back with the original packing slip.
